1. Ownership. You keep ownership of the flashcards, quizzes, and other content you create.

2. License to Host & Distribute. By publishing a deck, you grant QR Flashcards a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute it — including making it available for download via QR code and inside the QR Flashcards app.

3. Your Responsibility. You confirm you have the right to publish everything in your deck. Don't publish content you don't own or don't have permission to share, including copyrighted material you don't have rights to.

4. Prohibited Content. No illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content. No spam.

5. Moderation. Decks that receive 5 or more community reports are automatically removed. Admins may also remove any deck, or ban the account that published it, at their discretion.

6. No Warranty on Content. Decks are created by users, not QR Flashcards. We don't review decks for accuracy before they're published.

7. Removing Your Decks. You can delete your own decks at any time from the deck page. A copy someone already downloaded to their device may still exist there after you delete it here.
